The idea of ethical farming is a tricky concept, however there is definitely a more ethical way to farm. 

How about a father & son family farm that doesn’t use any herbicides or pesticides, doesn’t pump the cattle full of hormones and essentially leaves them alone all summer to graze? The cattle live like this because the sea floods onto the field and purifies the soil and grass, because of the small herd relative to the acreage, there’s plenty to go around. Follow that up with a values first butchery, a client list that includes The Queen and a whole bunch of Michelin Star Chefs.
